Embedding Core Values into daily practices and enhancing managers’ communication skills

The Challenge

Nemesis Now aimed to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience similar to leading brands like Starbucks and McDonald’s. They were encountering challenges with inconsistent management practices, low engagement in company activities, and difficulties in embedding their Core Values throughout the organisation.

Our Approach

We kicked off with a Discovery Day to explore the existing culture, identify pain points, and shape a tailored action plan. Our focus then shifted to embedding Core Values into daily practices and enhancing managers’ communication skills. We trained them to deliver the Core Values Speech effectively and improve their storytelling.

To address low engagement, we analysed the barriers employees faced and made targeted improvements to make activities more relevant and accessible. Additionally, we introduced tools to track the effectiveness of our initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.

The Result

Management practices became consistent, and communication improved, strengthening employees’ connection to the company’s mission and values.

Engagement in activities increased by 35%, with employees finding them more relevant.

The Core Values were effectively integrated into the organisational culture, influencing daily actions. This approach successfully addressed the challenges and created a more engaged and motivated workforce.
