Learning

The brief

The delivery of a Senior Management Development Programme which was cascaded through various layers and extended to cover other sessions encouraging the organisation to work effectively as a team.

Our approach

The client is proactive in identifying learning and development needs and takes a highly supportive stance in responding to learning impact. The main events were on Effective Team Working and Preparing and Leading Change. Working with Anni Hollings to ensure that the learning events met the challenges faced by the team, Anni facilitated the learning experiences and learning conversations to make sure that they benefited from the development programme and that they could also identify learning opportunities for their own teams. Other leaning events identified by the senior managers for their respective teams included Making Effective Presentations, Assertiveness and Being Assertive, Effective Customer and Client Relations and Managing Difficult Conversations.

The result

The feedback from the organisation is consistently fantastic and there have been several major developments following the senior management team programme. Such is the importance that Palletforce place on developing its employees, Anni has been involved in helping with team leaders in the warehouse, coaching and writing new learning interventions.

Learning and development needs and takes a highly supportive stance in responding to learning impact.
