The brief

To deliver a Leadership Development Programme to the senior members of the team.

Our approach

Working with the HR Lead for Emma Bridgewater, Anni Hollings designed a development programme that would help the multi-site leadership team to develop a stronger sense of community and bonding, which in turn would help design and manufacturing effectiveness. Delivered at the relaxed Strategi Solutions venue, the participants engaged in challenging material and conversations that explored over 3 x 1-day events:

• Managing Difficult Conversations
• Developing Effective Teams
• Preparing for Leading Change

The Strategic Leadership Team came together for a 1-day event that explored many of the ideas that had been presented to the leadership team. Facilitated by Anni they embarked on a highly participative and challenging day that generated dynamic discussions and opportunities to assess the way forward.

The result

The responses were, without exception, positive and the general feelings were of considerable enthusiasm for implementing new ideas and working more effectively together as they took up strategic encounters and choices.
